Tennis is one of the toughest sports there is and in terms of fitness preparation it is one of the most complex sports ever. Preparation in tennis is a challenge for every S&C coach. We often come across the situation where players are not sufficiently and comprehensively prepared, they get injured frequently. Or the training process does not form a compact whole, the training sessions do not build on one another.

To reconcile the high expectations of tennis training, but also the need to develop a player’s fitness complexity and comprehensive preparedness, while minimizing the risk of injury is the challenge we help tennis players overcome.
