TENNIS

Tennis is one of the toughest sports there is and in terms of fitness preparation it is one of the most complex sports ever. Preparation in tennis is a challenge for every S&C coach. We often come across the situation where players are not sufficiently and comprehensively prepared, they get injured frequently. Or the training process does not form a compact whole, the training sessions do not build on one another.

To reconcile the high expectations of tennis training, but also the need to develop a player’s fitness complexity and comprehensive preparedness, while minimizing the risk of injury is the challenge we help tennis players overcome.

Fitness preparation

Providing comprehensive fitness preparation, which includes:
  • Fitness testing and analysis of training
  • Planning of microcycles and specific periods of trainings
  • Communication with the tennis coach and other team members
  • Training process based on athlete’s needs, abilities and circumstances
  • Online training via a professional app, including training diary and its evaluation

Training plans

In some cases, the solution can also be a specific training plan.
  • Specific targeting of the plan based on the needs of the athlete

Education

  • Individual consultations for athletes, coaches and parents
  • Educational workshops and seminars for clubs and federations
